Diagnostics cover initial physical inspections and general hardware testing. Majority of issues can be identified during this process, but there may be exceptions. We will always contact you before we move beyond testing.

Repair Labor

Our normal queue with normal labor has the best affordability, while still offering our best efforts. We also have priority service at an increased rate, which will move your device immediately to the front of the line.

Optimizations

In some cases an otherwise properly working computer can become bogged down with excess programs, junkware, and/or overdue updates. Our optimizations aim to minimize the load on your computer, allowing it to better utilize the power you already have.

Virus and Malware Cleanups

Viruses, Malware, and the protections to keep you save from them are constantly changing. This cat and mouse game is imperfect at best. So when the anti-virus or anti-malware fall short, we can help . This will also include our default software package to help minimize the risk in the future.

Upgrades

Sometimes an simple upgrade is all it takes to keep your old computer out of the landfill. Sometimes you need more than what your computer can currently offer.

Refurbished Computers

Our refurbished computer are run through a full set of hardware testing, upgraded to new SSDs, and come with a 30 day warranty. Data transfers are free with purchase. Cloning may be offered for an extra fee.

Data Recovery

Drive failure is inevitable. No singular storage system is perfect. So if you find yourself with a failing drive or recently deleted file, we’ll do everything we can to help.

Networking

A poorly performing network can make even the best computers feel sluggish and create frustrations when just trying to use the devices in your home. Diagnosing network issues can solve many problems at once.

Remote Service

Aside from internet issues which may stop us from connecting, many software issues may be handled remotely. Please call to schedule a time for us to log in and see if we can save you a trip.

Some issues can only be solved by making a visit to your location. Whether it be networking, device configuration, or working on multiple computers at once to minimize down time.

Although 3D printing isn’t the best solution for every problem, it is a unique opportunity to do what was previously prohibitively expensive or time consuming in a fraction of the time and for a fraction of the cost. The ability to make something new, make something better, or just make something fun is incredible. 3D printing was truly a life changing hobby for us here at DNA.

Free Recycling
